Arrival/Departure

Arrival:

Trailers must be on-site for 5:30pm. Any trailers arriving after this time will need to wait until traffic dies down before moving into the camp. Trailers can be on-site at campsites if they fit.

Youth are to arrive after 7:00pm. All youth are encouraged to carpool as much as possible to reduce the number of vehicles at the site and in the parking lot.

PERSONAL VEHICLES NEED TO BE IN THE PARKING LOT BY 7:00PM. NO VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED ON-SITE AFTER 7:00PM (expect Camp Staff Vehicles).

Departure:

No trailers are allowed to move before 10am to ensure the number of youth is minimal on-site.

Everyone is to be departed camp by 12:00pm and each group is to advise their parents when to pick up the youth. Carpooling is encouraged to keep the number of vehicles to a minimum.

The front gate is closed and vehicles will not be allowed entry during opening or closing ceremonies.

Parking Pass:

The parking pass is required for all vehicles staying the weekend. Extra passes are available at Camp HQ.
